My Story…

I spent 20 years as a professional dance artist — traveling the world doing what I loved. On paper, my career looked full. Internally, however, I understood the strain of high-functioning stress and persistent self-doubt. I held myself to high standards and often tied my sense of worth to performance and external validation.

Over time, I began to notice how much of my experienced felt… outsourced. My sense of self seemed to rise and fall based on how things were going, how I was perceived, whether my calendar was booked. It was as if something outside of me was determining how I got to feel about myself.

Through my own work, I came to understand something more fundamental: even when it feels external, our experience is always being generated internally. The mind is creating the experience: constantly interpreting, assigning meaning, and responding - whether we are aware of it or not.

What I once experienced as a lack of self-belief wasn’t actually a lack of anything, it was in fact, a belief in and of itself. A belief in lack. When the source of our experience is within, we have access to shift it. And when something deeper is ready to change, pushing harder is no longer the answer.

That realization is what led me here.

Training & Background

My path to this work has been anything but linear, and I think that's what makes it genuine.

I spent over two decades as a professional dance artist, beginning with a BFA from a conservatory training program, which gave me a deep, embodied understanding of how the mind and body shape each other. That foundation led me to explore many somatic practices, including earning a certification in ISHTA Yoga: Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda, and nearly two decades under the tutelage of an Ayurvedic physician, deepening my understanding that perception is at the core of all human experience.

I am currently completing certification in Rapid Resolution Therapy® and hold board certification in clinical hypnotherapy (NBCHt) through the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.
