What Makes It Different?
Sessions run 2.5-hours (up to 3 hours), intensive by design. RRT doesn't ask you to relive painful experiences, and the work can feel surprisingly light, even when addressing something that has felt heavy for a long time. These sessions work well as a standalone approach or alongside existing support.
What Happens in a Session?
